Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start my housing search?

We recommend beginning your search two to three months before your intended move-in date. This timeframe allows for proper research, viewings, and document preparation without excessive urgency.

What documents will I need?

Typically, landlords require proof of enrollment, identification, bank statements showing available funds, and references. International students may need additional documentation, which we can help you prepare.

Can you guarantee I'll find accommodation?

While we provide professional guidance and significantly improve your search efficiency, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as these depend on market conditions, your budget, and availability during your search period.

Our Location

Our office is located in Kensington, an area well-connected to major London universities. We're accessible via the District and Circle lines at High Street Kensington station.

While we primarily work with students throughout London, our central location makes in-person consultations convenient for those already in the city.

For students still overseas, we offer video consultations and can conduct the majority of our services remotely, with property viewings recorded and shared when you cannot attend in person.
